Following
an emergency call from one of our customers, we took prompt action at his biogas
plant and verified that the lower cutting drum of the feeder DOMA had broken in
half. Given the importance of the failure, which stopped the biogas plant, we
immediately took action to find all components necessary to assemble a
completely new cutting drum, and we agreed with the customer to manufacture it
entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, so that it would considerably increase
the life of the product.
In short, our technicians created the piece that was
then sent to the customer who could install it independently.
