Pneumatic winch for mixer
Avoid unnecessary effort! To raise and lower the mixer inside the tank, all you need to do is simply operate a lever!
- Replaceable to manual winches with cable that moves vertically the mixers of the digesters.
- Pneumatically operated winch specially designed for biogas plants, complying with the requirements of Directive 94/9/EC (ATEX certification).
- The pneumatic motor replaces the work force of the plant operator.
- A protection system ensures that excessive force is not applied to the mixer's support cable, preventing tears that would cause the agitator to fall on the bottom of the tank.
- The mixer is lifted and lowered by means of a simple lever.

Actuator ACAP45 for winch service wells of any brand
In this case, the actuator is mounted directly on the shaft that transmits the force to the winch located in the service well, inside the tank.
This actuator is also equipped with a system that ensures that excessive force is not applied to the support cable of the mixer, avoiding tears that would cause the agitator to fall on the bottom of the tank.
The pneumatic actuator can also be equipped with a rev counter.
